I would like to commend Ross, of Rossfix, to anyone who wants help with their computer. I have used him for the past eight years, and cannot fault his service. He always calls you back very quickly when you leave him a message; he never fails to correct what is wrong with your computer, and either comes to your home, or ‘takes over’ your computer from his own in Gloucester. He is worth every penny he charges. He is polite and exceedingly helpful in every way. He even sorted out my problems successfully when rogue telecoms company tried to sue me! You really couldn’t find a better man.
