In general, our technical support services will help you solve specific problems with a product—and providing training, customisation, or other support services. Technical support is delivered over the telephone or online by e-mail or a website tool called LogMeIn where users can receive PC support from Rossfix remotely, Worldwide.

Standard Charges

On Site Visit (first hour) up to 10 miles from Gloucester Central £60
On Site Visit (subsequent hours) £40
Mileage (over 10 miles from Gloucester) £0.60 per mile
Telephone, email and remote support (charged at 15 min blocks) £10 per 15 mins

Any unused time will not rollover to the next month. Inclusive Onsite visits are for 1 hour any time over is charged at std rates. There are no credit terms available, all outstanding amounts must be settled after the service or supply is started. Payment for on going services is required by standing order.
